Public Housing Programs
The goal of public housing is to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible persons of low income, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.
Rent on public housing is the greater of: 30% of adjusted monthly income; 10% of monthly unadjusted (gross) income, or $50. The Fayetteville Housing Authority owns and maintains four (4) public housing complexes; all located within the Fayetteville city limits.
